Swiss Meringue Cookies

- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110ºC) and follow the start instructions to prep your Steambowl.
- Once the Steambowl is ready simply add in your egg whites and begin mixing on a medium setting until they form soft peaks. Slowly add in your sugar and vanilla extract. Continuously mix until your sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture stands in stiff peaks.
- Pipe your meringue mixture onto a lined baking sheet at least 1 inch apart. Once the oven is ready, bake the meringue for approximately 1 hour until they are firm and can easily be lifted off the baking sheet.
- Turn off your oven but leave the meringue to cool in the oven for at least 30 minutes to an hour before you indulge.
