need to return your product, please follow our return guidelines:

• Return Process: The SteamBowl may be returned to the designated return address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the SteamBowl and all included accessories are returned in
  their original packaging.
• Inspection and Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the
  returned SteamBowl, a refund will be processed. Please allow a
  reasonable time for inspection and processing.
• Eligibility for Refund: To qualify for a refund, the SteamBowl and all accessories must be unused and in their original packaging. If the product shows signs of use, it will not qualify for a refund.
• Non-Qualifying Returns: If your SteamBowl does not meet the refund criteria, it will be returned to you at the provided address.
